Server
The Oasis Communications
Server is revolutionising practice
communications. The Server offers three
component tools;
TELEPHONY SERVER
The Telephony Server links your telephone
PABX to Oasis, intercepting incoming calls
and routing them to Oasis workstations on
your network. As calls are received on each
Oasis workstation, the “phone” icon turns
red to indicate an incoming call. Patient’s
records can be instantly uploaded with a
click of the mouse.
Oasis Telephony Server can also be used to
dial out with a click of the mouse from
within all Oasis telephone windows — Front
Screen, Appointment Book, Recalls, Teledex
etc.
SMS SERVER
Oasis SMS Server handles incoming and
outgoing SMS messages from within any Oasis
SMS window—Front Screen, Appointment Book,
Recalls, Teledex etc.
You can set up a pre-determined message or
create a new one to send en-masse to
clients. SMS responses are filed into a log
that you can view or print at any time.
Oasis SMS server is fantastic for recall
and appointment confirmations and will save
you time and money.
EMAIL SERVER
Oasis Email Server handles outgoing email
messages in a similar manner to SMS, from
within any Oasis Email Window—Front Screen,
Appointment Book, Recalls, Teledex etc.
You can set up a pre-determined email
message or create a new one to send
en-masse. The Server will connect via
broadband and transmit the message for you,
sending you back a response confirmation
message.
