Today Oasis has the largest installation base of dental practice management solutions in Australia. This is largely due to our focus on ensuring Oasis Software delivers tangible benefits to customers. Our design principles include:
Modularity – Users should be able to start with a basic system and expand as they need to. The software is built on a component architecture that makes it easy for practices to add on as required.
Customisation – Built in tools should make software easy to change and therefore suit different practice types and needs. Practices should not be restricted to canned software.
Integration – Tools should be available to link software to all major third party vendors – X-ray, intra-oral, etc. Practices should not be locked in to specific technologies but free to choose from the market.
Innovation – Oasis strives to act quickly on user requests and leads the market in development of new modules.
To assist the company to move forward and open up new national and international opportunities, Oasis merged with Software of Excellence International Ltd in December 2005.
Software of Excellence is an international supplier of Practice Management systems with over 5500 customers in Australia, the United Kingdom, New Zealand and South-East Asia.
