Oasis has a range of functions specifically designed for the needs of specialist dental practices including Orthodontics, Prosthodontics, Periodontics, Endodontics, Paediatrics and Oral Surgery.
Progressive Payment Plans - Using preset templates, you can produce contracts and spread deposits and payments across any time period. Oasis automatically calculates future dates, amounts and wording according to your template formulas.
Coupon Books - customised coupon books created in Oasis Ink Forms Designer can be printed for each patient. These coupon books have proved helpful in encouraging regular patient payments.
Direct Debit - can be manually invoiced or posted automatically to a patient’s ledger on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Posted Direct Debit entries can then be reconciled with your bank statement for accurate bookkeeping.
Multi Practitioner - Oasis Specialist Billing is ideal for multi practitioner setups. Invoice and statement printing can be customised for each practitioner and Oasis handles the complexity of multi practitioner banking and financial reporting.
Specialist Treatment - Oasis Specialist Dental Treatment offers additional functions for customised recording and analysis of patient dental treatment including Diagnosis Sheets, Specialist Charting, Custom Icon Design and Specialist Clinical Notes.
Specialist Notes and Diagnosis Sheets - is ideal for recording notes such as endodontic information and orthodontic visit details. The Specialist Diagnosis Sheets are great for recording medical histories, initial examinations, x-ray records etc. Diagnosis Sheets can also be linked to charting speed buttons.
Charting Options - offers a modified charting format especially suitable for Orthodontics and Paediatric dentistry with a full mixed dentition display. Specialised icons have been developed by Oasis for a number of specialist practices and these are linked to the Oasis Speed Button system.
